To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ventorix S.L., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification
